We are a team of Doctors of Medicine specializing in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Our practice was established 1984.

Dr. David Muzljakovich, M.D. joined the group in 1991. In that year, we opened our office in Battle Creek, Michigan.



As physiatrists, we emphasize the multidisciplinary team approach to treat you, utilizing conservative methods to control pain, restore function and improve your quality of life.

Our board-certified physiatrists head the team, incorporating a multidisciplinary team approach to musculoskeletal care. This includes initially a complete medical evaluation to establish a diagnosis. The doctors are specially trained to perform electro diagnostic procedures (EMG-NCS, SSEP), Ultrasound Imaging, and fluoroscopic-guided diagnostic injection blocks to arrive at the correct diagnosis.

Treatment options include physical therapy modalities and comprehensive physician-monitored exercise programs for your particular diagnosis and needs, prescribed medications and therapeutic injection procedures. Depending on your particular diagnosis, we also can incorporate massage therapy, chiropractor manipulation, acupuncture and pain management counseling to help you return to doing what you love to do best. Because we emphasize on multidisciplinary team programs, all our treatment protocols are physician-monitored. Healing is quicker and more efficient with our approach.
